Quartz Bathroom Tiles

Quartz Bathroom Tiles

Quartz tiles is a complicated tile that can also be known as agglomerate or engineered tiles. Our quartz bathroom tiles are a composite material, made from a combination of a few materials that include resin, quartz, sand, colour pigment and crushed mirror pieces. This gives them their sparkle or as some describe "star look".

Quartz tiles are one of the most beautiful tiles money can buy, but it's certainly not a DIY job. If you're looking to install quartz tiles in your home, hire a professional. Quartz is a man-made product which is delicate to chemicals, and if the adhesive used is too wet, it can cause the tiles to actually bow, shrink or expand.

We get asked a lot about our quartz bathroom tiles, but more commonly they are referred to as glitter tiles, sparkly tiles or star tiles. But, no matter the term, it all leads back to quartz. It's the only product that offers this particular finish. There are many effect tiles, but the effect does not perfectly replicate quartz in terms of the sparkle ability.

80% of all quartz comes from China. This does not affect the quality of the product as they still have to meet the set guidelines and standards set out.
